What Is Illusionz Mobile Auto Spa?
We are a locally based, owned and operated mobile car detailing and mobile car wash service. Our auto detailing professionals come to your home, office or job site to make your vehicle look like new again. Our complete car detailing service will give you that new car feel again.
What types of vehicles do you offer mobile detailing for?
Sedan, Coupe, Sports Cars, Station Wagon, Hatchback, Convertible, SUV, Pickup Truck, Minivan and fleet vehicles. Every vehicle receives our full service car detailing including hand wash and interior detailing and optional add-ons.
What Is The Auto Spa Club?
The Auto Spa Club is the easiest way to keep your car clean and save money while doing it. Month-to-Month subscription that brings our detailing service to your like clock-work.
Do i have to be present for my appointment? While it is ideal for the client to be present to do a 5 minute pre-inspection of the vehicle. If you are unable to be present you can leave your keys and inform us via email, call or text the exact location of your keys so we can perform our services without your presence. If needed we can send you pictures once we are done.

Do you need power or water source for my appointment? No. Our mobile detail shop is fully equipped with water and power.
Do you have a standing location to bring my vehicle into? Our car detailing services are fully mobile. Services are provided at a location most convenient for you.
How long does each car detailing take? On average our appointments take 3-4 hours. Time will vary based on vehicle size and condition. Some of our higher end packages take 6-8 hours. Our service professionals will communicate all that with you at the start of your mobile detailing service.
After a carpet and seat shampoo, why are the stains still there? Stain removal with shampoo or extractor is never 100% guaranteed to eliminate all stains. We will do our best to make your car look like new but some stains from spills tend to lock into the foam cushioning of the seat and during the drying process, those old stains can push their way up to the surface, a process known as carpet or fabric wicking.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major debit and credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover. In addition, we also accept Cash App, Venmo and Cash, Apple pay and Google pay
Do I need to pay upfront to schedule an appointment? There is a $25 deposit that will be collected at the time of scheduling your appointment. That deposit will be applied towards the balance at completion of service.
